in 2023, she completed a 50-hour certificate in trauma-informed care, specifically geared toward working with female survivors of violence and their families, with a focus on the strength and resilience of survivors.

RubyAnn began her journey with massage at age 8, practicing techniques on family members under the mentorship of a local therapist. Entering professional training at age 18, she completed an Associate of Applied Science degree in Massage Therapy, and has been working with clients as a licensed bodywork professional since 2012. She believes kindness is the best approach both in the treatment room and in life.
